Winemaking is not nuclear physics, it's mainly about working in the vineyard, about access in the cellar and about communication when selling. The winemaker makes only the kind of wine he himself is a man. Through wine, he gives others a “message” about what values in life are important to him, what he values, and vice versa, what he does not care so much about.
